Orderin is a South African fast food ordering service. We integrated the HTML 5 site into WeChat creating automatic login via OAuth. Users could order and then using WeChat template messaging we would message them when their order was being dispatched. In addition, we also created the ability for the Official Account to send reminders (again via template messaging) of available coupons.
In addition our content management system’s email functionality is utilised for support: when a user messages the OA an email is sent to the Orderin support staff. A response is sent directly back to the user via the OA.
